Terms of Use
These terms are the rules between the operator of "Board Games" (Go, Othello, Shogi; "the App") and its users. By using the App you agree to them.
Article 1. Content
The App lets you play games against the computer. It is free. Results and records carry no prizes or compensation.
Article 2. Prohibited acts
- Interfering with the operation of the App (excessive access, unauthorized modification, etc.).
- Using the App in violation of law or public order.
- Copying the App without permission or redistributing it commercially.
Article 3. Data storage
Game progress and records are stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). If you clear browser data or change devices, they cannot be carried over. The operator does not restore data.
Article 4. Advertising
The App may show ads. The operator is not responsible for ads or for the content of sites they link to. Ads are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 5. Disclaimer
- The App aims to work correctly but does not guarantee operation, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability in every environment.
- The computer's strength and the scoring after a game (including dead-stone judgment) are approximate. They are not official judgments for matches or tournaments.
- The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Article 6. Changes and suspension
The operator may change or discontinue the App without notice. These terms may also change; using the App afterwards means you accept the changes.
Article 7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
